MGSV has no anti-cheat on PC and I doubt, that MGSurvive has any anti-cheat on PC.
In MGSV, it was 1vs1 PvP and if you faced off against a cheater, you pretty much just could give up, since they could knock out all of your FOB Guards at once, wouldn't take any damage, would have infinite ammo etc pp. The 'good' thing with MGSurvive is, that it is Co-Op.
